Non Mercury Tilt Switches

Metcraft’s single phase tilt switches are designed to provide a reliable position status via a volt free tilt switch, in conjunction with a free fall fire valve. Allowing for the direct switching of pumps and relays when the valve enters the emergency position. This tilt switch operates when tilted from the horizontal position. It is robust and fully sealed to offer maximum protection. It is suitable for numerous applications including switching inductive and capacitance loads, motors and incandescent lamps. The Outer enclosure is constructed of sturdy aluminium, painted red to match the design of the Drop Weight Fire Valves.
