These are the final 2 off 45,000L structural generator belly tanks leaving our facility, completing a major package for a data centre project in North London.
With a further 12 units already supplied to the site, these tanks mark the completion of another large-scale fuel infrastructure project delivered by the Metcraft team ⚙️
In mission-critical environments such as data centres, backup power is essential. In the event of a mains failure, standby generators are required to respond immediately — and the fuel systems supporting them need to be built to the same standard of reliability and performance.
Our structural belly tanks are designed to integrate directly beneath generator packages, providing high-capacity fuel storage whilst maximising available footprint on site. Projects of this scale also demand consistency across every unit manufactured, from structural fabrication and finish quality through to dimensional accuracy and installation compatibility.
